A Galician learning app that is actually Galician

Duolingo does not teach Galician. How Llenguapp covers daily lessons, flashcards, and native audio for galego.

If you search for a Galician learning app, most results are Spanish courses, Portuguese courses, or phrase lists. Galician (galego) is its own language. It deserves its own lessons.

Duolingo does not offer Galician

That is the whole gap. There is no Duolingo tree to wait for. If you need Galician for moving to Galicia, family, work, or the Celga exams, you need a course that starts from Galician, not a footnote on Spanish.

What to look for

  • Daily lessons that are short enough to finish.
  • Flashcards with native audio, not text only.
  • Spaced repetition, so words come back before you forget them.
  • A course you can start from English or Spanish.

Llenguapp’s Galician course is built that way. The same plan also includes Catalan, Valencian, Basque, Welsh, and twenty other languages.

Start from English

A lot of Galician material assumes you already speak Spanish. That helps if you do. If you do not, you still need a path. Our English landing at /galician/ and the Spanish one at /es/galician/ are the same product, written for each starting language.

Fourteen days free, then one plan for every language.
