A Welsh language app has to deal with mutations, sounds English does not have, and the fact that you will hear Welsh in shops, schools, and offices, not only on a phrase list.
What we built
Llenguapp’s Welsh course is a dedicated Cymraeg course: short daily lessons, flashcards with native audio, and spaced repetition. It is for relocators, families, heritage speakers, and anyone who needs Welsh for work or community.
Duolingo also has Welsh. The difference here is the rest of the catalog sitting next to it: Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque, and twenty more languages on the same plan, with the same review system.
Start from English
The interface can be English. The course is Welsh. You do not have to pretend Welsh is a set of extra vocabulary inside an English app.
